The Winchester-Frederick County Economic Development Commission (EDC) is pleased to announces the winners of the “Spirit of Winchester” photo contest, which ran January 4, 2010 through February 17, 2010.
Winning photos are on display at the Benham Lower Gallery in the Handley Regional Library and at the Mary Jane & James L. Bowman Library in
Stephens City.
An overall grand prize winner and a 1st place winner from each entry category was selected.
